Customers can return/exchange the products in the event of any dissatisfaction due to product quality, manufacturing or packaging defects. The consumers must contact the company within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. The Consumer has to provide a valid justification and return the product, ensuring that the product or the packaging is not used and is in returnable position. The company will directly refund or replace the goods in the event that the consumer returns the product. In case the justification is found to be invalid, the company cannot return any amount or replace product.
Depending on the product and the value of the goods, the Company will replace these products and offer a replacement or wallet balance equal to the value of the returned product.
